  • can not believe mayweather is fighting a 29.95 ppv exibition must need assets thats why they call him money

  • I think the two biggest fight, Stevenson – Conceicao and Parker – Joyce, are potentially going to be pretty awkward boring fights.

    • Well, recon even though Parker vs Joyce is not anywhere as big as GGG vs Canelo, surely it will be more exciting. Hopefully..

  • Oh man, this is going from serious to laughable. Joyce-Parker a serious event, $29.99 ppv a joke to LOL

  • Sorry Floyd, but I’ll be saving that $30 for Spence-Crawford!! Times are tough bruh! No sense in spending money on something irrelevant…..

  • Recon Joyce, as slow as he is (but somehow has good timing) is going to get the better of Parker. See Joyce turned 37 today, 19 Sep, so hope we are not going to see another boxer showing his age again this weekend.

    • 36/37 is still good for a heavyweight even though he doesn’t seem like a”young” 37 year old. He doesn’t have much more time. His fighting style will age him faster in the next few years.

Parker is a good enough boxer. My guess is Parker wins, boxing from the outside while Joyce plods forward eating jabs and arm punches.

Joyce may floor Parker at some point for the only excitement in an otherwise boring MD win for Parker.

  • Stevenson may be a special talent and at times I appreciate watching highly skilled fighters even when they don’t produce knockouts. While he may prove to be an all time great someday, he is not a “must see” fighter. Joseph Parker is boring in most fights and unless or until Joyce produces drama via ko, this one will also be a snoozer. And can someone that intends to watch Mayweather please explain why?

    • The card Mayweather’s ‘fight’ is on is a full mma/kickboxing card. I imagine if anyone does buy it, that’s why they’ll be tuning in.

  • I was about to thank the Boxing Gods for another nice weekend until I read that Floyd was back again…..

  • It would be great to see Floyd in the ring, again displaying his legendary natural skills, but I’m not willing to pay for it. The expectation that something surprising will happen, for instance Floyd gets knocked down or out, will always generate interest whenever he steps into the ring. So many people want to see him humbled, and are willing to pay for a chance to witness it in real time.

  • Can’t imagine the Parker-Joyce fight being much more than a matchup between two sloths. No interest in that fight.

  • Viewers who do not fall asleep during these fights need to make an appointment with the Guillermo Rigondaux Sleep Disorder Clinic.
