Rivalta Boxing (Henry Rivalta) presents “Friday Night Fights” this Friday at the Doubletree by the Hilton Hotel Miami Airport and Convention Center. The main event will feature popular local favorite unbeaten Harold “King” Calderon (26-0, 17 KOS) of Miami versus Ezekiel Fernandez (28-5-1, 3 KOs) of Argentina. The undercard will feature the “Liberty Squad,” a group of Cuban-born fighters with extensive amateur backgrounds.
Rivalta is confident this event will be very entertaining.

Former world-ranked contender Ryan “Blue Chip” Martin (24-2, 14 KOs) takes on veteran Carlos Padilla (18-12-1, 12 KOs) of Colombia in a scheduled ten-rounder for the NABA 140 pound title.
Kicking off the show will be Victor Abreu, a Cuban national team member from Cienfuegos, Cuba (1-0, 1 KO), who will face Maickol Lopez (16-2-0, 8 KOs) of Mexicali, Mexico in an eight round super bantamweight bout.
Olympian Frank “El Perro” Zaldivar (3-0, 1 KO) of Santiago, Cuba wiith over 200 amateur fights, will face former world title challenger Daulis Prescott (33-17-0, 25 KOs) in an 8 round lightweight fight.
Cuban National Team member from Cienfuegos, Cuba Nestor Santana will make his pro debut versus Alexis Nieuwkerk (1-0, 1KO) of Amsterdam, NY in a six round heavyweight bout. Santana is 6’6” and weighs 270 pounds. He is only 23 years old but enters the professional ranks having had an amateur career of 147 fights.
Super welterweight Yordan Barrera of Guantanamo, Cuba will make his pro debut versus an opponent to be announced. He was a highly decorated amateur with 250 amateur fights under his belt.
Yankiel Navarro of Havana, Cuba will make his pro debut in four round middleweight action versus Nicholas Draine (1-0, 1KO).
Cuban Olympian Fernando Cruza wil make his pro debut against Cody Kerr (1-0, 1 KO) of Omaha, NE in a six-round contest. Cruza is just 21 years standing at 6’5” and weighing 215 pounds.
Luis Rivera ( 7-0, 5 KOs), originally from Tampa, FL but now fighting out of Miami, will take on Juan Carlos Centeno (6-6-3, 1 KO) in a scheduled six round bantamweight contest.
Heavyweight Gustavo Trujillo, an exciting Miami fighter of BKFC fame will test his skills in his pro debut against Joseph Bond (0-3-0) of Orlando, FL.
Another Miami favorite, Uly “Monster” Diaz (13-1, 12 KOs) will face Quintell Thompson of Columbia, MO (5-17-1) in a six round cruiserweight bout.
Completing the card is Vadim Musaef (5-0, 2 KOs) of Krasnodar Krai, Russia, a World Silver medalist at welterweight versus TBA.
