Es triste informar que el legendario promotor Mike Acri falleció a la edad de 63 años. Acri había estado enfermo durante algún tiempo. Es mejor conocido por promover a Roberto Durán, Héctor Camacho y Paul Spadafora, entre otros. Mike fue productor ejecutivo del aclamado documental de Showtime titulado Macho: The Hector Camacho Story. Con sede en Erie, Pensilvania, Mike Acri es miembro del Salón de la Fama del Boxeo de PA.
