I’ve seen videos of Tagoe, and clearly he is dirty fighter with tactics that aren’t not allowed in American soil. One of them that Tagoe applies freely in Ghana without being penalized is the rabbit punch, but other than that I don’t see anything that might present a threat to Ryan Garcia, being the question mark only his mental state.

Garcia will be looking for anything to quit. Rabbit is a punch. Dirty is a term people use for losers. Margarito was a killer until he was exposed. Then he is called dirty. Ask Alexis Arguello about fouls and dirty. Duran, as you say is a dirty fighter. I have no idea what I am saying except , fighters who cheat are cool if we like them. Margarito is easy to hate while Duran is loveable.
