Alex Martin can fight. He’s probably a natural lightweight, but he’s one of the best spoilers in the game right now. Depending on how good of shape he’s in, he should give McKinson a decent fight, maybe even more.
I know the young man from his amateur days in Chicago. He was an absolute stud in the amateurs, but then for some reason his pro career hasn’t really materialized! Let’s see what happens and where he goes from here. BTW, he fought @152 as an amateur! Don’t know about him being a natural lightweight as Lucie suggested
Well maybe a natural junior welter. I said that because his most recent weights looked like he was trying to get down to lightweight.. 137 in his last fight, 140, 138 the two before that and the biggest one was against Fierro who is a lightweight.
