In a fight between light heavyweight contenders, WBA #4, WBC #13 Sullivan Barrera (22-2, 14 KOs) scored a ten round unanimous decision over WBO #11, IBF #12 Seanie Monaghan (29-2, 17 KOs) on Saturday night at the Aviator Sports Complex in Brooklyn, New York. It was a tough, gritty ten rounds with Barrera landing the bigger shots. Scores were 98-92, 99-91, 99-91.

Super middleweight Denis “Momma’s Boy” Douglin (22-6, 13 KOs) scored a sixth round KO over Saul Roman (43-12, 35 KOs). Douglin dropped Roman in rounds three and five, then put Roman down for the count in round six. Time was 2:53.

Unbeaten heavyweight Cassius Chaney (14-0, 8 KOs) scored a fourth round KO over Santino Turnbow (4-3, 3 KOs). Turnbow dropped Chaney in round two, but Chaney finished with a right hand in round four. Time was 1:04.

Unbeaten super welterweight Ismael Villarreal (4-0, 1 KO) needed just 43 seconds to get Travis Nero (1-3) out of there.
