WBC light flyweight champion Masamichi Yabuki and former champ Kenshiro Teraji faced off at the final press conference for their direct rematch on Saturday night at the City Gymnasium in Kyoto, Japan. Masamichi Yabuki won the WBC crown on September 22, when he dethroned Kenshiro by TKO in the tenth round.

Kenshiro Teraji: “I am very excited. I want to win back that Green and Gold Belt. I want to win, and I will leave no doubt that my loss was just a stumble.”

Masamichi Yabuki: “I have had a great preparation for this fight. I am the champion, and I am going to prove it in the ring. I have no doubt that I am a better fighter, and you will see it on Saturday.”
