Former IBO super middleweight world champion Carlos Gongora (21-2, 16 KOs) of Ecuador weighed in ahead of his Tuesday morning bout with his opponent heavy handed local favorite Jhon Teheran (18-3, 15 KOs) of Colombia. The two will square of Tuesday morning at the Coliseo David Sanchez de Pescaito in Santa Marta, Colombia. Both fighters successully weighed in at an agreed upon catchweight above the super middleweight limit. Gongora was accompanied by his manager Mike Criscio.
