A mandatory challenge between IBF world bantamweight champion Emmanuel Rodriguez and unbeaten Jason Moloney. The second bout is a cruiserweight clash between Yunier Dorticos and Mateusz Masternak.

October 27, Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana:
Regis Prograis vs. Terry Flanagan from England for the WBC interim 140lb title. The second quarterfinal will be announced soon.
