  • Seriously women’s boxing is very disturbing, everyone knows whether they want to tell the truth or not that a woman’s place is in the home as a nurturer and to be guided by her man. This idea that women can be warriors is extremely perverted, on same lines as all this transgender, LGBT sickness that’s constantly being pushed.

    • You’re a serious IDIOT!! You do know that people evolve right? Why haven’t you?!! As a consumer you have a right not to watch anything you don’t like! So STOP criticizing everything. Besides this is not the forum for this negativity. People come on here to comment on the actual matchups!! Don’t bother replying either!!!!

      • Yeah you would say that cos you’re a little puto f*ggot. Now go cry to your daddy seeing you can’t handle difference of opinion on the internet.

        • Bet if I rolled up on you, You’d be the puto cowering in a puddle of urine!! Trust me! As far as having a difference of opinion, I welcome it! It’s your stupidity that I can’t stand

    • Law, while I agree that everyone has an opinion and a right to voice that opinion… opinions can still be extremely offensive particularly when it comes to race, gender, religion etc…if you acknowledge individual rights ., if your opinion is offensive..then expect and understand why someone else is offended can then exercise the rights by responding to your opinion with one of their own…negative or positive…

Having said that ..I myself can be a a male chauvinist pig…my favorite saying …was “stop ya bitching and get in the kitchen”….didn’t think women belonged in the ring ..that is until I sparred with, watched her train and spar with seasoned professional male fighters …a female fighter by the name of Isra Girgrah. Beautiful in all aspects and could fight ….Google her…Totally changed my mind about female boxing….

      • I’m not a chauvinist, I’m normal & traditional in values. Men and women are equal but have different roles like they have since humankind was created. These people that think you can change gender, feminists, women taking on masculine roles, breaking up of the traditional family; are the abnormal ones. Just look at the sickness in society today.

        • You seem to be tackling a lot of issues all at once. I consider myself holding “traditional values” when it comes to most issues, and I have no problem with women boxing. In fact, check it out sometime, it can be pretty entertaining. My woman can take on any role she wants; if I get into a scrap, I can guarantee she’ll jump in and beat up the other guy’s girlfriend. I love that about her.

          • Sounds like you’re a bit submissive with women which by default makes you a beta; which is not unusual for millennials/z males today but nonetheless disgusts me. I keep it completely alpha & the women that haven’t been brainwashed by feminism love it because it’s their natural role and feel comfortable with me being the spiritual head.

          • Well done, Sir. I was taking you seriously for a while. You got me; I took the bait.

        • Understand your position but this is a sport and not a traditional gender role…don’t see how it can stop a woman from traditional female stuff like child bearing, caring for home, etc.female boxing is not breaking up the traditional family..look at Ali’s daughter…again understand your perspective just disagree

      • They did a documentary on her… They said she is a made up character . Lol

  • Women are and should be the second line of defense, if society is to function “normally”. They still have an obligation to be able to defend themselves and family while remaining feminine when in their natural role; however, nowadays they can choose to be and do whatever they want; which can cause complex issues , if one is trying to maintain traditional societal roles. If it ain’t broke, then why fix it. People are and should be respectfully entitled to their opinion and peoples responses a lot of times confirms their own biases. For example; LGBTQA people often are opposed to religion and the “traditional beliefs” that oppose their own beliefs and lash out in anger and revenge when people don’t agree or understand their lifestyle. At the same time, religious groups often castaway family members who identify roles other than tradition increasing depression and suicide rates. It’s a conundrum.

    • LOL.. this comments section has really gone to a whole different level. There’s nothing in your post I disagree with, it just feels like an unusual comment for a boxing forum.

I think Katie Taylor is cuter, so I’m rooting for her. Terrible reasoning, yes, but I have to find a rooting interest.

      • Nah Serrano is a solid 8, Taylor is a 6. Ever heard Taylor’s voice? Sounds like a broken harmonica.

        • See, I’d flip the two. Serrano is attractive enough, but I find Taylor more appealing. Eye of the beholder, I guess. And all Irish people sound like broken harmonicas to me…
