“Canelo will put the pressure, attack the body and win by KO”

Trainer Eddy Reynoso is confident his star boxer Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will win his fight this Saturday against Caleb Plant and Eddy is also confident it will end by knockout.
“Our strategy is to pressure Plant from the first bell on, to win round by round, and to look for the KO,” said Reynoso. “I’m confident that we can get the knockout. We are going to go to the body of Plant and then go to the head and get that victory.
“All the antics from Plant in the press conference made Saul’s blood boil and it helps to sell the fight but Saul has the experience and will keep his cool inside the ring and follow the game plan. At the same time, the bad blood between them will create a great fight and both will clash and trade punches at a certain point in the fight.”

We all agree on that easily. I wanna see Canelo fight someone with a chance to win, someone like Benavides at least. Young and raw but fun and hard hitting.

We all know Canelo should win this fight but over confidence can really come back to bite you in the ass, if I was Caleb, I will call Canelo MF word right before the opening bell and during clinches, that word seems to really mess with his head and could upset his calmness and game plan.

Right 90 percent of Canelo’s fight are safe ones ! He is chasing every weak champ from jr MW to LHW ! The only tough fights he was involved in were those against an aging GGG who was 37 and 38 years old ! And GGG clearly won the first one !

What is Andre Ward talking about? Canelo is gonna KO Plant regardless of anyone’s feelings. Plant ain’t Mayweather either and he’s not going to turn into him on fight night, and besides, Canelo is a different fighter than he was against Mayweather as well. Canelo by KO, it’s already done.
Canelo will enter the ring with a quiet rage, but Canelo will crack Plant with loud body punches to win by late KO or TKO.

Wow, color me surprised. I wasn’t sure who the trainer of Canelo was going to pick in this fight at first, but then it kind of makes sense that the trainer would pick his own fighter to win.

Canelo will have easy nights work with Plant. Plant doesn’t impress me, hasnt fought anyone.
No more a Canelo fan since he dropped that MW belt instead of fighting triple G when he was in his prime. But Plant won’t even be a threat to Canelo who is gonna TKO him in the late rounds..
