  • My goodness how time flies!! I remember going to NYC to watch Hamed vs Kelly and what a barn burner it turned out to be!

    • You’re so lucky. I wish I were old enough to have made that journey. Simpler times, Naseem with the amazing entrances and Big George Forman doing the commentating for HBO.

  • Let’s see how he does. I hope he can make some great paydays. Take….your….time.

  • I remember MAB vs Hamed, that was memorable because no one expected Barrera to win

    • Maybe Hamed’s son could fight Barrera’s son. I am going with Barrera. LOL…..

      • LOL
I dont think Barrera’s son is into boxing, I read a while ago that one of his kids was into martial arts.
Rambling around, kids of famous fighters, weren’t as successful as their famous fathers…

  • I remember hearing about Aadam training for pro boxing but was dubious he’d actually mix it up and here he is. I wish him well. Don’t try to be his dad but be the best Aadam he can be.

    • Credit to both for stepping in the arena…easy to call someone a tomato can…when you are in the stands

      • True that, however, amateur Pedegree here of 17 -9nine and2 … and you? Check please

  • Yeah…yeah, Carlos, we know, Barreras son will win because he’s Mexican…got it.

  • Wishing this young the best in this gladiator sport…Father had amazing KO power…. distinctly remember the fight between Hamed and Kelly….Kelly was really getting the best of Hamed early..which was a shock
..in fact…the announcers …were noting the action in the ring praising Kelly…but George Foreman….stated”yeah but Hamed suppose to have to have this KO power…AS SOON AS …Foreman made that statement…I mean within secs…Hamed knocked down Kelly with a sweet short punch…Foreman yells…”There it is”…..Guys google that fight…believe that it was in the old MSG in New York…..MUST SEE TV….Great fight…

Focused Hamed had “gifted” power….Good luck to his son…good to see Hamed overcome some difficult times!!!!

  • 23 year old Aadam beat up an emaciated 17 year old child. At best embarrassing at worst a cynical act of cowardice. Then again his father fled the scene of a serious motor vehicle where a young man received life changing injuries. I so love watching reruns of Hamed’s fight with Barerra, the best part is where he throws the wee fellow into the ring post. Hamed quit that day.

    • Keep living in the past. I hear that’s what all the cool, successful people are doing. SMH

    • Phil …Casting stones….crossing lines…you would not get…This is about his son….Wishing the young man the best for stepping in the arena…
