Japanese southpaw veteran Yuki Nonaka (36-12-3, 10 KOs), 168, former OPBF and WBO AP middleweight champ, proved too fast and strong for WBO AP#14 light heavyweight Thoedsak Sinam (21-12, 17 KOs), 167, scoring a shutout decision (all 80-70) over eight one-sided rounds on Sunday in Sakai, Japan. Nonaka, a clever southpaw technician, outjabbed and outpunched the slower Thailander all the way, winning all rounds with ease. Nonaka, 45, proved he can still fight well.

Promoter: Mitsuki Promotions.
