Campas, 52, scores KO then retires

Former world champion Luis Ramon “Yori Boy” Campas (108-18-3, 83 KOs) won by eighth round KO against Juan Carlos Parra (8-24-2, 7 KOs) in a scheduled ten-rounder on Saturday night at the Auditorio Municipal Fausto Gutiérrez Moreno in Tijuana, BCN, Mexico. 52-year-old Campas returned to the ring for the first time since 2018, then promptly announced his retirement. He turns 53 next week.

    • Thank you for posting the robbery. This was a pattern for decades. The list of boxers with extensive television appearances who did NOT get raked over the coals the the alphabet and their promotors is a short one.
