Heavyweight contender Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller will not be traveling to Bulgaria to face Kubrat Pulev in an IBF final eliminator. The Pulev camp had won the right to stage the bout at an IBF purse bid, but the Miller camp rejected fighting in Pulev’s backyard.

According to Sky Sports, Hughie Fury has been offered the eliminator against Pulev and his father/manager Peter Fury says Hughie wants the fight and is willing to fight in Bulgaria.

Promoter Eddie Hearn has announced on social media that terms have been agreed to for Daniel Jacobs to face Sergiy Derevyanchenko for vacant IBF middleweight title formerly held by Gennady Golovkin. No date yet, but the fight will be at a venue in New York City.

According to ESPN, the network will televise WBO lightweight champion Raymundo Beltran’s first defense against Jose Pedraza on August 25 at the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona. The co-feature will be WBO junior featherweight champion Isaac Dogboe against Hidenori Otake.

ESPN also announced that WBC super lightweight champion Jose Ramirez will defend against Antonio Orozco on September 14 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California. Ramirez’ fight last Saturday was cancelled when challenger Danny O’Connor couldn’t make weight.
