Azizbek Abdugofurov (11-0, 4 KOs) will make the first defense of his WBC silver super middleweight title on November 18. His opponent will be Wuzhati Nuerlang (11-1, 9 KOs) of China. The bout is scheduled for 12 rounds and will be the main event at the WBC Asia Summit. The site will be the Philippine International Convention Center in Manila, Philippines. Abdugofurov, managed by Vikram Swapragasam, has been moved rather quickly. He scored his biggest victory to date this past May soundly defeating former world champion Dmitrii Chudinov by decision.
