Former middleweight title challenger Martin Murray (37-4-1, 17 KOs) dethroned WBC silver middleweight champion Roberto “Amenaza” Garcia (41-4, 24 KOs) by twelve round unanimous decision on Saturday night at The O2 Arena in London. Ugly fight. Garcia was questionably deducted points in rounds two and nine by referee Hector Afu. Scores were 116-111, 118-109, 118-108.

The winner was billed as likely being made mandatory challenger for WBC/WBA middleweight world champion Gennady Golovkin, but that seems unlikely. Golovkin previously stopped Murray in a 2015 defense.

WBO Intercontinental and European light heavyweight Anthony Yarde (16-0, 15 KOs) scored a seventh round TKO over Dariuz Sek (27-4-3, 9 KOs). Yarde dropped Sek in round one and battered him until the bout was stopped in round seven. Time was 2:17.

Heavyweight KO King Daniel Dubois (8-0, 8 KOs) scored a fifth round stoppage over Tom Little (10-6, 3 KOs) in a bout for the vacant English title.

Super lightweight Ohara Davies (18-1, 14 KOs) knocked out WBC International champion Paul Kamanga (21-2, 12 KOs) in round two.
