Former world champion Manny Pacquaio has reportedly rejected Top Rank’s offer for an April 16 fight against Mike Alvarado. A Pacquiao spokesman told ESPN5 that the proposed fight against Alvarado “is an insult” to Pacman and he will not be fighting on the undercard of the Jeff Horn vs. Terence Crawford event in Las Vegas.
