Jamal Woods is a help of a lot better than his record suggest.
Sure Young Holy is getting used to this type of pressure and the extra attention that comes from his father’s accomplishments. Seems these talents fizzle out at the higher levels where genetics/natural talents cant carry them through.(Chavez jr, Camacho jr, Mathis Jr, etc.)
I wish the best for Evan Holyfield since boxing is a demanding, brutal, (at times) corrupted, and privileged sport. However, I must be realistic with myself over my personal assessment over Evan. The world is watching now since he’s “the boy” of Evander Holyfield, but based off my observations of his boxing background, he is not his father by no means in terms of a fighter’s style. I have a feeling Evan will not bring the smoke and fire in the ring like his father did in the 1990’s! I think Evan will be a careful boxer picking and choosing his spots in the ring and accrue a winning record based off baby steps with less acute injuries. Yes, I can base this off his first pro-fight and amateur background. Some may disagree, but that is fine. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Thank you.
Dominic Guinn was a decent fighter in his upcoming career and had his moments. Guinn fought many great fighters in his career that defined the term “veteran” on his resume. Fighters like James Toney, Michael Grant, Tony Thompson, and Monte Barrett were a few attractions on his record.
