There was a lot of buzz about recent social media attacks from Floyd Mayweather against Canelo and Oscar de la Hoya. Canelo talked to the media about Floyd.

Canelo Alvarez: “I’m not the type of person that will be talking about other fighters, especially on social media. That’s not a good thing. It’s disrespectful, but that’s the way he is. If he’s salty about my new deal with DAZN then that’s his problem. Maybe he wants to fight again. All he has to do is come directly to me and we can make the fight happen. There no problem, but I won’t say anything derogatory about him on social media. Each fighter has their own careers and their own life. We know how he is, so it doesn’t surprise me what he said or posted on Twitter.”
