Former world title challenger Kevyn Lara (26-3, 9 KOs) of Nicaragua will look to get back in the world title picture once again. He will take on unbeaten prospect Aliu Bamidele Lasisi (12-0, 8 KOs) of Dubai March 8. Lara’s manager William Ramirez (Wram Boxing) confirmed the bout being official. The site of the event will be Kite Beach in Dubai UAE. The main event is scheduled for 12 rounds with the WBC international super flyweight championship at the stake. It’s not an easy matchup for Lara to fight Lasisi in his backyard, however Lara is by far the best Lasisi has fought to date, so it should be an interesting matchup.
