Guido Vianello to fight in Rome

Italy’s leading boxing promoter, OPI Since 82 operated by the Cherchi family and Top Rank will collaborate on on an October 28 show at the at the 3,000-seat Atlantico, one of the most popular concert venues in Rome. In the main event, 2016 Italian Olympian and undefeated heavyweight KO artist Guido Vianello (9-0-1, 9 KOs) will fight Jay McFarlane (13-6, 5 KOs) in a scheduled eight-rounder. All of Vianello’s previous pro fights have taken place in the United States. The card will stream live on ESPN+ in the U.S. and exclusively on Mola TV in Italy.

In other action, undefeated super welterweight Mirko Natalizi (12-0, 7 KOs) will defend his WBC Silver International title against Tony Dixon (13-3, 4 KOs). Also European female super flyweight champion Stephanie Silva (6-0) and her mandatory challenger faces Ewalina Pekalska (6-0). The third title bout will be a heated and local super welterweights Francesco Russo (11-2, 9 KOs) and Francesco Sarchioto (15-1, 5 KOs) for the
vacant Italian national title.
