  • GGG got lucky against Derevyanchenko, if this fight with Murata happens to be similar, he won’t get the decision in Japan. This fight its going to be intense and Golovkin should get rid of Murata before 10th.

  • Golovkin looks old now. The same as Chavez sr. when he fought Oscar DLH.
If GGG can get passed this fight it will guarantee the Canelo fight he’s been waiting for the past four years.
But GGG would have to give everything he has left to beat Murata.

  • I lived in Japan for a few years. That jet lag from California to the Land of the Rising Sun is no joke. Like a 15 hour difference. I’m surprised he waited until just 10 days before the fight. I would’ve gone a month in advance.

    • prince hamed
      yes . agree.
tough adjustment. it takes me quite a while to get over the time difference and jet lag when traveling to Japan

  • I hope GGG gets the KO Victory so we can all see the trilogy VS Canelo Alvarez!!! Viva México Cabronessss

  • Everybody is talking about GGG like he’s old. Well Murata is 36. Murata also lost to Rob Brant and Hassan Ndam (although Ndam was debatable) Murata also fights about once every 2 years and is not the most consistent performer.

GGG has only been in a few really tough fights. His fights with Canelo and Jacobs were close tactical affairs as opposed to all out wars. Dervenchenko was probably his hardest fight. Plus Pretty sure GGG stays in good shape. Not a party-night life type and has had no major injuries. Clean living.

I think his demise has been greatly exaggerated. I also think a 3rd Canelo fight will be very similar to the first 2. Maybe just a a little more convincing for Canelo.

I like GGG to win against Murata. I liked Murata but he never really became the player that I thought he would become. If he loses to GGG we will probably never see him fight again.

    • 36 isn’t old anymore, especially when there is limited miles on your body

  • It looks like either Murata by decision or Golovkin by knockout. But as a fan of boxing the other way around is what I am looking forward, peace out ✌️

  • Triple G won the 1st fight with canelo the whole world knows that the 2nd fight was close arguable a draw he beat Everyone he had to he’s got 1 loss to canelo don’t count him out still a top 10 pound for pound

  • GGG is one of the greatest middleweights of all time. He stops Murata inside 7.

    • “GGG is one of the greatest middleweights of all time”
      – No, he is not.

      • Agreed Gary G. GGG sat around and twittled his thumbs waiting for another payday. If he was really one of the greatest, he would have fought Charlo and Andrade.obviously he is cherry picking the weakest Champ of the division?

    • Yes he is in my top 3 of all time along Hagler and Monzon. Shouldn’t have any loss on his resume..

  • I would have gotten to Japan sooner. If Murata can handle GGGs punches he could pull this off

  • Murata didn`t look good in either his last fight, or the one before when he lost the belt. To me he is not a huge puncher, if GGG can`t get him out of thee by the 6th, then i think he is on the way out.

  • My boy GGG one of the 3 best MW to ever lace a pair of gloves.. he shouldn’t have any loss on his resume just a draw.. A legend and a real good man outside the ring too..
GO GGG GO and please retire at the end of 2022 after a last fight. You are nothing more to prove..
    Take care..
