  • Would’ve loved to see him versus Lennox Lewis!!!!! Lennox was a real man and refused to be intimidated by anyone!!

    • Agree 100% procent! Lennox was one of the greatest heavyweights ever! Tyson is on the road to also being an all time great. Beating Whyte will be another step in that direction Lennox- Fury would have been epic!!

    • Imagine him VS Ali! Not sure how good the fight would be be but the press tour would be one to remember. I am not normally one for trash talk but I think these two would be entertaining and witty with their comments. Not like Mayweather McGregor which was just a a lot of swearing. I turned off their press tour in a couple of minutes.

  • He probably posted this because fight visibility is very low. It’s really crazy that this fight is in just over two weeks. I always have people over to my flat for big fights and i forgot this one was even on! haha Shows the importance of hype/promo. An “All Access” type show would have been awesome for this. Two characters

    • This is a fight nobody wanted to see. A rematch with Waller would have been better. Whyte was supposed to fight Waller and he stood him up with a phony injury so he doesn’t even deserve this big money fight. Anyway, I’m guessing Fury shows up out of shape and loses. If that actually happens there will be only one real heavyweight champ, Usyk.

      • Not sure i agree. I think Wallen probably deserves a rematch at some point, but the Whyte fight generates far more interest that that. Maybe the domestic buzz just doesn’t come across outside of the UK, but this is a genuinely compelling fight for home fans. I doubt they would have put the fight in Wembley if it was Wallen as the opponent. People want to criticise Whyte, but seriously, outside of the top four, who has a better record? the Povetkin loss was bad but he avenged it. Sometimes people forget that there are only so many boxers out there.

        • I agree CB. Whyte has beaten a lot of decent fighters many more then Wallen. I think this is the biggest fight that can be made with Fury right now. Yes Wallen is deserving of a rematch at some point…but Whyte should get his shot now. I am not from the UK and have never been there but I have watched boxing long enough to know the passion of UK fans. This fight is huge in the UK. Joshua and Usyk are tied up with each other and the Wilder trilogy has finished. Thus I think this is the biggest available fight for Fury right now.

    • Why? Why hope for the best Heavyweight fighter today retire in his prime? So one of these sorry excuse of a heavyweight can win a title they didn’t earn? The entire Heavyweight division in my opinion sucks outside of Fury and Usyk.

  • So Fury only losses of he’s out of shape; Hotel Dixie Boxing Forum?” He can still be knocked out in perfect shape. Your logic is flawed.

  • If Tyson Fury is prepared and reeled in for a fight I don’t see anyone beating him right now. I predict Whyte is going to get knocked out.
