They should not be training anymore not even light workout that’s why they get over trained and not get the maximum benefits of training because they train too much and don’t get enough rest before the fight
I guess they’re not supposed to warm up in the dressing room either huh? That’s a sure way to get knocked out in the 1st round.
Warming up and training are 2 diferent things
Even warming up could be bad if you don’t know how to do it in the right way
Lol. Your funny Carlos. I think you believe that boxers should ever so gently shadow box while wearing daisy dukes every day for 35 days for training camp. Very unusual thoughts come from you.
With that said put down the crack pipe amigo…..
100%…Fighters need to stay sharp by focusing on timing.
Shadowboxing can’t hurt. Endurance will depend on how a well-trained fighter manages his energy. Both fighters seem ready, but I lean toward Andrade being a matador/technician since Benavidez insists on a KO.
brains over emotion. Uppers. Angle’s, speed at the right time. Benevedes loves the multi punch straight semi hard looking impressive patty punches. Boo Boo hits very accurately and sneaky. Everything considered, Benevedes goes down in the second round from a perfect uppercut. . Gets up groggy pissed and loses the rest of the way being too crazed. Boo easy. 117-111 x 3
I love me some Benevedes though, he fights balls hot. Love them both!
Andrade who has he really fought? Looking unbeatable against nobodies, nothing compared to who Benavidez has fought. I see Benavidez doing all the stalking, taking his time and then landing some bombs of his right hands and left hooks to boo whos body and head. Benavidez late round tko.
Andrade, being a southpaw, opens up for one of Benavides favorite combos which start with a straight right, which I see being a huge weapon in the fight. Especially of Andrade comes in with looping shots like he does in response of a getting hit. I think Benavides bridges the gap using cleaner routes and that should be the difference.
Competitive for 7 rounds, maybe even a little scary for Benavides, but then he takes over with a convincing UD. Benavides will be the tide and Andrade will play the role of a float on the water.
