Undercard Results from Las Vegas

Unbeaten super lightweight “Mad Max” Maxim Dadashev (12-0, 10 KOs) scored a ten round unanimous decision over former world champion Antonio DeMarco (33-7-1, 24 KOs) on Saturday night at the Park Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas. Dadashev won by scores of 97-93, 96-94, 98-92. Dadashev retains the NABF title.

Unbeaten 2012 Olympic middleweight silver medalist Esquiva Falcao (22-0, 15 KOs) cruised to a dull ten round unanimous decision over Guido Pitto (25-6-2, 8 KOs). Scores were 100-90 across the board.

Two-time Olympian featherweight Michael Conlan (9-0, 6 KOs) stopped Nicola Cipolletta (14-7-2, 4 KOs) in round seven. Referee Russell Mora seemingly waved it off at 1:55 due to boredom as Cipolletta was in survival mode the whole way. Cipolletta showed his displeasure with the stoppage by doing pushups in the ring.

Olympian featherweight bronze winner Vladimir Nikitin (2-0, 0 KOs) outpointed Clay Burns (5-5-2, 4 KOs) over six rounds. Scores were 59-55 across the board. Nikitin famously beat Michael Conlan in the 2016 Olympics, so those two are destined to meet again ion the pros.

In a clash of unbeaten lightweights, Joseph Adorno (10-0, 9 KOs) went the distance for the first time in a six round unanimous decision over Kevin Cruz (8-1, 5 KOs). Adorno dropped Cruz in round one and again in round six. Scores were 59-53, 59-53, 58-54.

Featherweight Adam Lopez (11-1, 5 KOs) halted Hector Ambriz (12-8-2, 6 KOs) in round eight. A barrage of punches prompted a referee’s stoppage at 1:29.

Middleweight prospect David Kaminsky (3-0, 1 KO) vs. Noah La Coste (2-1, 2 KOs). Kaminsky dropped La Coste at the end of round one. The bout was waved off by Kenny Bayless in round two at :40. La Coste wasn’t happy about the stoppage.
