Former IBF middleweight champion Sam “King” Soliman (47-16-1, 19 KOs) will clash with Jesse White (6-2, 0 KOs) on Saturday at the Melbourne Pavillion, Flemington, Melbourne, Australia. The 48-year-old Soliman scored a six round split decision over White last December.
Soliman has no thoughts of retirement and is already scheduled to collide with Troy O’Meley on May 7 in Melbourne.
Solomon-White II will be available as a $16.99 PPV stream in the United States, with the show starting around 3AM ET.
Sam is a beast.. he’s always in great shape. He breezed through all the test on the Contender season 3..
Had a quick look at Soliman’s record on Boxrec. Impressive that he has only been stopped twice in 64 fights.
Sam will probably be fighting well into his 50’s. Just LOVES the competition. As long as he isn’t in there with someone who can hurt him, I have no problems with it.
this is a joke
soliman is just waiting for a serious brain injury
Judging by the dislikes on the these comments, someone isn’t a King Soliman fan. Guess they have sand in their VJJ
This guy has had more returns than Frank Sinatra.
Soliman = A TOUGH SOB!!!
Soliman reminds me of Glen ‘roadwarrior ‘Johnson. He’s not as accomplished but he’s an ageless warrior.
