Eddie Hearn: I tested positive for Covid-19 today

Promoter Eddie has announced on Twitter that he tested positive for coronavirus. He is promoting a show this weekend outside London.

“Gutted to just find out I tested positive for Covid-19 today and have to leave the bubble immediately. Thankfully all other tests were negative. Heading home to rest – catch up tomorrow. Thumbs up.”

  • He’s heading home to get some rest? This stupid coronavirus is blown waaaay out of proportion. If you test positive for AIDS then you can have some cause for concern, but not for the flu. Which is all this thing is..

      • In the US, simple flu strands cause up to 10,000 deaths/year in high risk populations; diabetics, elderly, immune compromised, asthmatics, advanced COPD, etc.

        Yes, COVID-19 more serious than regular flu strands. Defects in the alpha proteins of one’s immune system raises a huge risk of death from the COVID-19. Once vaccine approved, slowly build up to herd immunity and we are all good to go!

        • Then why do they have to lie about the numbers and say people who died from a gunshot wound to the Head, really died from covid-19? Seriously. Regular influenza strains kill as many people as covid-19 has. That’s just a fact. Stop looking at this year’s numbers, and look at flu numbers from yesteryear. Really only about a hundred thousand people have died from covid-19 and that many people die every single year from influenza, it’s just a fact. You can drink the Communists Kool-Aid all you want to, I’ll stay with common sense.

  • A survival rate of 99% and they are controlling home life, social life, kids school life, working life telling you how many people can be in your own home, 10 o’clock curfew, the police know the test is 90% inaccurate will basically put thousands of them in quarantine needlessly, the police have been told not to download the NHS covid-19 app this not about controlling a virus it’s about controlling you.
