The war of words continues to add fuel to the fire and there’s plenty of bad blood between Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Gennady “GGG” Golovkin who will fight again on September 15. Today at his training camp in San Diego, Canelo had a few more words for Golovkin and his team:
“They talk too much,” said Canelo. “They complain about everything, but you know what? These are only excuses and complaints. They complain about everything and that’s what losers do, that’s what losers do,” said the middleweight superstar from Mexico. “They’re complaining about the gloves, about the hand wraps, now about the locker room because we make too much noise, they want a new one, etc. All excuses. Like I said before, it’s all losers talking. They want the national anthem played before the fights, so now it’s going to be at 4PM. Like I said, they’re already coming into the fight with a loser mentality!”
