Power-punching IBF #1 Felix Alvarado (33-2, 29 KOs) of Managua, Nicaragua and IBF #3 Randy Petalcorin (29-2-1, 22 KOs) of General Santos City in the Philippines will fight for the vacant IBF light flyweight title. The fight has now been moved back one week to October 29 from October 21. The venue will be the Solaire Casino in Metro Manila, Philippines. ESPN 5 (Philippines) will televise.

It’s the third date switch for the bout, but Alvarez’ manager WRAM Boxing (William Ramirez) is not concerned. “Date changes are a part of boxing.
