Duarte-Prograis collide Feb 15

WBA #9 super lightweight Oscar “La Migraña” Duarte (28-2-1, 22 KOs) will face former two-time super lightweight world champion Regis “Rougarou” Prograis (29-3, 24 KOs) in a 12-round super lightweight bout. Scheduled for Saturday, February 15, the event is presented in association with Cancun Boxing and will be broadcast worldwide on DAZN. The card will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

    • Good match. Last 3 guys Prograis fought were all wrong for him. He has a better chance in this one. I know Prograis got the decision in one of those 3 but he was lucky to imo.

      • He won’t have to worry about Duarte moving and boxing. Duarte will just come forward throwing big shots. Duarte is there to be hit though and he isn’t the biggest 140lb fighter either.

  • Wait a sec. Didn’t Regis announce his retirement
    after the Catterall fight? Have to wonder if these guys look at the bank account and decide they need a few more payday’s. Get that paper, Regis.

  • Duarte is the ideal opponent to measuring Prograis gas tank. Does he have enough, or is he a good fighter, ready to be taken?

  • I think duarte gets past prograis. Don’t think prograis has it to move past him. Should be a good fight though.
