Numerous media outlets reported that former heavyweight champions Lennox Lewis (52) and Vitali Klitschko (46) would return to the ring in an exhibition rematch during the annual WBC Convention, which will run from September 30 to October 5 at the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Kiev, Ukraine. However, those reports were news to Lennox Lewis. His team informed the WBC that Lewis has not even been contacted about it yet. Klitschko, the mayor of Kiev, has expressed interest in doing a charity exhibition with Lewis, but that’s all there is to it…so far.
