  • Did I miss something in his last fight. He lost by UD, correct? I realize this is another sanctioning body, but how many times do we need to place an aging fighter in harm’s way?

    • I would say that this is performance based… an also that I think he will beat him… probably… and maybe because he beat the brother of the last guy he lost to…. 😀

    • Plus this fighter had a referee protecting him and gave him a 20 count when he should have been out

  • Donaire is really old now, 37. He can still end fights with one punch. He is right there in the mix with top 5 WBC contenders at 118, no matter what spot he is put in, all these guys are top fighters. 1. Luis Nery
    2. Nawaphon Sor Rungvisai
    4. Nonito Donaire
    5. Takuma Inoue
    6. Jason Moloney

  • Donaire surprised Inoue with his speed & power. At 118 lb. he looked like vintage Donaire. I’m glad he is ranked at the top of the Bantam weight division once again & lined up for a title fight.
