“This is the first time I heard Canelo say that he wants to knock someone out. That’s the first time he ever said that. That’s great! That’s what boxing needs. Two fighters wanting to KO each other,” said Oscar. “This fight reminds me of the times I fought a Vargas, a Ruelas, Mosley the second time, so there’s a lot of bad blood there. A lot of bad blood from both teams. This is going to be a great fight!”

He continued, “The undercard is amazing, great stuff, great fighters. We have Munguía who is a young star in the making, Chocolatito who is a great champion, Lemieux and O’Sullivan is a KO fight. That’s what we want for the public. Great fights. Action-packed fights!”
