Corbin-Fonseca clash Aug 4 in Dallas

Big Card Promotions presents professional boxing on August 4th at the River Ranch Texas Horse Park in Dallas featuring Dallas’ Greg Corbin (15-0, 9 KOs) versus Homero Fonseca (14-8-3, 4 KOs) from Pittsburgh, Texas for the vacant USBA Gulf Coast heavyweight championship. This event is the first professional boxing event of Big Card’s 2018 boxing series at the spectacular River Ranch -Texas Horse Park facility. The covered outdoor arena seats 3,500 fans in the round.

In the co-feature, the WBC/USNBC super flyweight champion Ernesto Delgadillo (10-0-2, 2 KOs) of Dallas, Texas will defend his title against undefeated challenger Nate Green (10- 0, 2 KOs) in a ten rounder.

In a special attraction bout, 2008 U.S. Olympian Luis Yanez (7-0-1) will make his long-awaited comeback against an opponent TBD in a four round bout. The very popular Shurretta “Chiccen” Metcalf  (3-3-1, 2 KOs) from Dallas, TX will appear in a 4 round contest against the battle-tested Mistery Neal (0-5).

Other bouts include Jordan Jones (1-0) vs Roberto Castro (1-0) 4 rounds, Amon Rashidi (4-0, 2 KOs) vs David Zapata (Pro Debut), Josh Silva (Pro Debut) vs Kory Vialet (1-0) and John Burgos Jr. Pro Debut vs. Chesley Griffin Jr. 0-3-1.

Doors open at 6:00PM and the first bout starts at 7:00PM. Tickets are $100, $75 or $50 for floor seats and $25.00 for bleacher general admission seats. Advance sale tickets will also be available for purchase online, from boxers and at the door on fight night.
