Looks like WBA #9 heavyweight Bogdan Dinu (18-0, 14 KOs) has pulled out of his scheduled fight with Tom Little on the Pulev-Fury card in Bulgaria this weekend and will instead face Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller (22-0-1, 19 KOs) on November 17 for the soon to be vacant WBA “regular” heavyweight title. Dinu got the call after WBA #3 Fres Oquendo passed on the opportunity. Oquendo, inactive since 2014, has a longstanding court order for a WBA title fight. Current beltholder Manuel Charr is expected to be stripped after testing positive for a banned substance.
